Dealers are granted a license to use Zodia’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promoting and selling Zodia products in agreed territories. Dealers must comply with brand guidelines and may not alter trademarks or misuse branding. Unauthorized resale or branding could terminate the agreement.
