Under warranty, we cover defects in materials or workmanship (but not wear & tear or misuse). 

Excluded cases typically include:

1. Normal usage wear

2. Damage from accidental impacts, drops, or misuse

3. Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

4. Cosmetic scratches or minor surface blemishes

Repair requests outside warranty may incur full cost.
