Our clubs typically use soft iron (e.g. S20C or comparable grades) or mild steel as the head material. The manufacturing involves:

1. Forging or casting (as appropriate)

2. High-precision CNC machining for faces, backs, and critical surfaces

3. Master polishing / finishing by skilled artisans

4. Optional plating / special finishes to protect surfaces, alter feel, or aesthetics
